Kedarnath temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is also amongst the 12 Jyotirlingas in the country. The Place is located near the origin of Mandakini River. It is said that the Pandavas came here to offer their austerity to Lord Shiva for killing their cousins Kauravas in the battle of Mahabharatha. Kedarnath is one of the most secluded destinations amongst the Char Dhams. Kedarnath temple is one of the most busiest pilgrim centres in the Garhwal Himalayas. one of the most majestically beautiful, Kedarnath ji remains closed for the six months of winters due to unbearable temperatures and heavy snowfall.
As you arrive at Haridwar / Rishikesh meet the Driver for assistance, and proceed straightaway to Kedarnath Ji Dham. Enroute visit Devprayag located on the confluence of river Alaknanda and Bhagirathi. Also Enroute Visit Rudraprayag which is the confluence of two holy rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini.
On arrival check in to the hotel. Evening free to Leisure, Explore the beauty of Guptkashi town. Enjoy the dinner & Stay Overnight at the hotel.
Early morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From where, you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath ji . You can hire a Doli or a horse, for your trek (Cost Not Included). Mandakini, one of the main tributaries of the Ganges originates at Kedarnath ji and flows through Gaurikund. On arrival check in at Govt. Camps/Lodges. Enjoy the Dinner and Overnight at Govt. Camps/Lodges.

Kedarnath Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is on the Garhwal Himalayan range near the Mandakini river in Kedarnath, Uttarakhand in India.
Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the 'Abhishek' to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. After darshan and puja you come out of the temple and return to the Camps / Lodges. Later you'll start the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath ji to Sonprayag. Our driver will be there at designated place which was discussed with you & you will drive to your hotelin Guptkashi/ Sitapur. Enjoy the Dinner and Overnight at Govt. Camps/Lodges.
Begin early morning with breakfast and drive downhill to Rishikesh, one of the most important spiritual cities and the Yoga capital of the world. Explore the wonderful town with its charming locations. Visit fascinating temples, spiritual sites and Ghats. Have the experience of treading on the famous Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Towards evening, drive towards Haridwar/ Rishikesh and drop at Haridwar Railway Station.
