Badrinath Dham is one of the oldest of Hindu places of worship. On the right bank of the river Alaknanda lies the sacred shrine perched at an altitude of 3133 m above sea level, guarded on either side by the two mountain peaks Nar & Narain with the towering Neelkanth peak providing a splendid back-drop. Also known as the Vishal Badri, the largest among the five Badries, it is revered by all as the apt tribute to Lord Vishnu. Badrinath temple, dedicated to Lord Vishnu, is located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand State. According to the Hindu Mythology Lord Vishnu came here to meditate.Badrinath ji located on the Bank of river Alaknanda. This place also have the hot water pools including Tapt Kund & Narad Kund.
As you arrive at Haridwar / Rishikesh meet the Driver for assistance, and proceed straightaway to Badrinath Ji Dham. Enroute Visit Rudraprayag which is the confluence of two holy rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini. Also enroute visit Devprayag located on the confluence of river Alaknanda and Bhagirathi.
Upon your arrival in Badrinath ji check inn to the pre booked hotel. Enjoy the dinner & Stay Overnight at the hotel.
The morning begins with the darshan of Badrinath ji, However, before darshan at the temple, move towards Tapt Kund (Hot spring) for bath. After the darshan return to the hotel for breakfast and continue for the sightseeing tour of Badrinath. Visit beautiful village Mana which is the last Indian village situated at Indo-China Border. Also visit Vyas Gufa which is an ancient cave located on the banks of Saraswati River. After that return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Begin early morning with breakfast and drive downhill to Rishikesh, one of the most important spiritual cities and the Yoga capital of the world. Explore the wonderful town with its charming locations. Visit fascinating temples, spiritual sites and Ghats. Have the experience of treading on the famous Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula. Towards evening, drive towards Haridwar/ Rishikesh and drop at Haridwar Railway Station.
